About Paul Thomas

Paul Thomas started his Mortgage Banking career in 1973 in Denver, Colorado. He has been a production manager for both Mortgage Bankers and Retail Banks in Denver and San Diego. He started Hallmark Mortgage Inc. in 2001 . He served as President of the San Diego Mortgage Brokers Association in 1993 and 1994 and currently is a guest lecturer for Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate at the University of San Diego.

Our company’s business philosophy is to generate and encourage long term relationships with each of our clients. We believe in educating each borrower before and during the loan transaction. Our goal is to make sure that each client obtains a loan program with a payment they can afford today and in the future.
