About Paul Thomas
Paul Thomas started his Mortgage Banking career in 1973 in Denver, Colorado. He has been
a production manager for both Mortgage Bankers and Retail Banks in Denver and San Diego.
He started Hallmark Mortgage Inc. in 2001 . He served as President of the San Diego Mortgage
Brokers Association in 1993 and 1994 and currently is a guest lecturer for Burnham-Moores
Center for Real Estate at the University of San Diego.
